摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with skin grafting surgery for severe head and face burns combined with skull injury.Methods A total of 15 Patients with severe head and face burns combined with skull injuries in this group were treated with PRP during the perioperative period,combined with autologous thick skin grafting surgery,and the effect of wound repair was observed.Results All 15 patients underwent one successful surgery to repair the wound.Among them,8 patients underwent transplantation of large autologous skin,and the wound healed 5 to 10 days after surgery;7 patients with transplanted stamp like small skin patches recovered from the wound 14 to 18 days after surgery.Conclusion The combination of perioperative PRP treatment and autologous blade thickness skin grafting surgery can repair deep wounds in the head and face with skull injuries.After surgery,the survival rate of autologous skin grafting is high,and the effect is good.关键词
