Abstract
Objective Clinical application of hyaluronic acid combined with platelet-rich plasma for the improvement of depression of nasolabial fold was investigated.Methods A total of 102 patients with pre-improved nasolabial depression admitted to the author's hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51)according to random number table method.Hyaluronic acid was used in the control group,on the basis of which platelet-rich plasma was used in the observation group.Differences in wrinkle severity rating scale of nasolabial fold(WSRS),score of global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS),facial aesthetic satisfaction(Face-Q)score,occurrence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two before and after treatment.Results At 1 and 3 months after operation,WSRS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Three months after operation,the treatment efficiency and Face-Q score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After operation,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).The satisfaction score of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid combined with platelet-rich plasma injection can significantly improve the nasolabial depression of patients,improve aesthetic satisfaction,and have a low complication rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
