Abstract
Objective To explore perioperative nursing experience and nursing effect of dorsal digit island flaps transfer in the repair of hand skin defects. Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing dorsal digit island flaps transfer for the repair of hand skin defects in the author's hospital were enrolled between March 2019 and March 2023,and they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing. The recovery of hand function[Michigan hand outcomes questionnaire(MHQ)],wound repair appearance, scar score[Vancouver scar scale(VSS)],psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction[Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results After nursing, the MHQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in all dimensions, the appearance of wound repair was better than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications, scar score,SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative targeted nursing can better recover hand function in patients after dorsal digit island flaps transfer for the repair of hand skin defects, improve wound appearance and psychological state, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and increase nursing satisfaction.关键词
