Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of aesthetic nursing based on cluster analysis on negative emotions and wound healing in patients with maxillofacial trauma. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 206 patients with maxillofacial trauma who underwent plastic surgery in the author's hospital between June 2020 and September 2023.According to different perioperative nursing methods, they were divided into routine group(100 cases, routine nursing)and aesthetic group(106 cases, aesthetic nursing based on cluster analysis). The differences in negative emotions, comfort, compliance, wound healing rate, maxillofacial function and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, scores of negative emotions were decreased, and scores of general comfort questionnaire were increased in both groups, and the improvement was better in aesthetic group than routine group(P<0.05).The compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate in aesthetic group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05).After 1 month of follow-up,wound healing rate, scores and total score of maxillofacial function in aesthetic group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aesthetic nursing based on cluster analysis can significantly alleviate negative emotions, improve nursing comfort and compliance in patients with maxillofacial trauma, and thus shorten wound healing time, improve maxillofacial function and nursing satisfaction.关键词
