iRoot BP Plus和MTA在年轻恒牙牙髓血运重建术中封闭根管上段的临床效果观察
Clinical Effect of iRoot BP Plus and MTA on Occlusive Upper Root Canal in Young Permanent Tooth Pulp Revasectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of iRoot BP Plus and mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA)on occlusive upper segment of root canal in young permanent tooth pulp revasectomy.Methods 96 cases(96 teeth)of young permanent teeth with pulp necrosis or periapical periodontitis who were treated in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were included as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases(48 teeth)in each group.The upper segment of root canal was sealed with iroot BP Plus and MTA during pulp revascularization in the two groups.All patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the recovery of affected teeth.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared,the changes of root canal wall thickness and root length before and after treatment were observed,and the masticatory efficiency of the two groups was compared after 6 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate of iroot BP plus group was 93.75%and that of MTA group was 87.50%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The root canal wall thickness and root length of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The root canal wall thickness and root length in iroot BP plus group were significantly higher than those in MTA group(P＜0.05).The masticatory efficiency of iRoot BP Plus group was significantly higher than that of MTA group(P＜0.05).Conclusion MTA and iRoot BP Plus have the same therapeutic effect in the treatment of young permanent teeth pulp revasectomy,and iRoot BP Plus is more beneficial to root growth than MTA.关键词
