黄褐斑的发病机制及中药干预治疗进展
Pathogenesis of Chloasma and Progress of Chinese Medicine Intervention Treatment
摘要
Abstract
Chloasma is one of the common and difficult dermatological diseases.According to Traditional Chinese medicine,chloasma is closely related to liver,spleen and kidney,and qi and blood can not bloom on the surface as the main pathogenesis.Western medicine believes that it is related to genetic susceptibility,light damage,hormone level changes and so on,but it is not completely clear.At present,there are many treatment methods in western medicine,such as drug therapy,chemical skin changing and photoelectric therapy.In addition,the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine is also considerable,mainly including internal and external use of Traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and facial scraping,etc.Studies have shown that TCM therapy mainly regulates antioxidant,endocrine and melanin metabolism in vivo.Although the mechanism of action is explained to some extent,it is still not completely clear.Therefore,the author summarized the research on the mechanism of Chinese medicine intervention on chloasma in recent years in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of chloasma.关键词
