创新驱动政策能否提升可再生能源企业韧性?
Can the innovation-driven policies enhance the resilience of renewable energy enterprises?micro-evidence from China's national innovative pilot cities

Abstract
The synergy between innovation-driven growth and environmental protection has emerged as a crucial driving force for sus-tainable development.Improving the resilience of renewable energy enterprises is the strategic focus of promoting the energy revolution and building a clean,low-carbon,safe,and efficient energy system.Innovation-driven policies represent an important practical explora-tion in realizing the organic unity of'opportunity exploration'and'resilience improvement'of renewable energy enterprises through'innovation experimental field'efficiency in the context of developing new quality productive forces.Based on data from 108 A-share listed renewable energy enterprises from 2000 to 2022,this study used the multi-period difference-in-differences model to explore the impact and mechanisms of the innovative city pilot policies on the resilience of renewable energy enterprises.The results showed that:① Innovative city pilot policies significantly improved the resilience of renewable energy enterprises.This conclusion remained valid after conducting a series of robustness tests such as the parallel trend test,the placebo test,and the PSM-DID analysis.② The mecha-nism test results showed that the innovative city pilot policies improved the resilience of renewable energy enterprises through the ef-fects of technological progress,talent agglomeration,and industrial structure upgrading.③ The heterogeneity analysis demonstrated that these policies significantly stabilized the volatility of renewable energy enterprises in cities with high energy consumption scale and strong environmental regulations while enhancing the growth of renewable energy enterprises in cities with low energy consumption scale and weak environmental regulations.Furthermore,the innovative city pilot policies demonstrated a significant inhibitory effect on the volatility of renewable energy enterprises with low efficiency of internal resource allocation while having a significant promoting ef-fect on the growth of such enterprises.④ After introducing policy variables of the national independent innovation demonstration zone,this study found that the'dual pilot'innovation-driven policies exerted a synergistic effect on enhancing the resilience of renewable en-ergy enterprises.Furthermore,the implementation sequence of the'dual pilot'policies also demonstrated significant differences in the performance of renewable energy enterprise resilience improvement.This study provides a theoretical foundation for promoting the sus-tainable development of renewable energy enterprises and provides practical insights for further improving innovation-driven policies from a synergistic perspective.关键词
