国家公园体制试点区设立是否能改善当地社区农户收入?
Does the establishment of national park system pilot areas improve the incomes of farmers in local communitie:based on empirical data from Qianjiangyuan National Park

Abstract
The establishment of national parks is an essential component of ecological civilization construction,while community de-velopment represents a crucial part in the development of a national park system.Accurately assessing the impact of national park con-struction on local community development is of significant practical importance for achieving synergy between national park construc-tion and local community development.Based on farmer survey data before and after the establishment of the Qianjiangyuan National Park Pilot Area,this study employed the difference-in-differences(DID)model to analyze the impact of the establishment of the nation-al park pilot areas on farmers'income and structural changes.Additionally,it discussed the heterogeneity among farmers with varying levels of livelihood capital.The results revealed that:① The establishment of the national park pilot area significantly increased farm-ers'transfer income and operating income by 142%and 127%,respectively.② The establishment of the national park pilot area influ-enced the withdrawal of farmers'forestland management rights,thereby promoting the transfer of farmers'labor force from agricultural and forestry operations to non-agricultural operations,consequently increasing farmers'operating income.③ The establishment of the national park pilot area generated varying impacts on households depending on their levels of livelihood capital.It had a significant pos-itive impact on the property income of households with high human capital,high financial capital,and low natural capital.Conversely,it negatively affected the wage income of households with lower levels of livelihood capital,especially those with low natural,physical,and low social capital.Based on these findings,four recommendations are proposed to advance the development of national parks and improve the livelihood of farmers in the Qianjiangyuan National Park and its adjacent communities:fully leverage the national park con-cession system to boost farmers'operating income;integrate and expand the sources of ecological compensation funds to ensure farm-ers'transfer income;provide employment opportunities within the national park to expand farmers'wage income;and innovate green fi-nancial policies to enhance farmers'property income.关键词
