Abstract
The reform of the official system in the new era is an important component of political reform,which is of great significance for improving the Party's governance capacity and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.The reform of the official system in the new era involves important aspects such as selection and appointment,education and training,assessment and evaluation,and supervision and management.Based on future development needs,we should focus on improving the systematicity and coordination of the reform of the official system,enhancing the scientific nature of official assessment and evaluation,and increasing the intensity of official management and supervision.Moreover,we should further improve the official selection and appointment system,highlight political standards for selecting and appointing talented individuals,continuously strengthen the education and training of officials,improve their innovation ability and comprehensive quality,establish a scientific and reasonable official assessment and evaluation indicator system,comprehensively use various assessment methods and techniques,improve the accuracy and fairness of assessment,make efforts to strengthen the supervision and management of officials,and establish a system for promotion and demotion of officials based on the survival of the fittest to determine officials who will move up and down and who will enter and exit,so as to form a good situation where capable officials are promoted,excellent officials are rewarded,mediocre officials are demoted,and inferior officials are eliminated.关键词
