Abstract
Strengthening the training of working personnel in public institutions in the new era,promoting the transformation of their mindset,learning advanced governance and service methods,enhancing their professional ethics and performance abilities,and better adapting to the development of the times and society,are an important task.With the standardized development of training work in public institutions,significant progress has been made in the training of working personnel in public institutions in recent years.However,there are still problems in training work in public institutions,such as insufficient coordination,uneven regional development,and insufficient highlights of training work.There is a phenomenon of"being strong in two aspects but weak in other aspects"and"emphasizing on specialization over public service"in training work.Management personnel training has been idle for a long time,and the evaluation system needs to be improved.In the new era,to strengthen and improve the training work in public institutions,we should actively respond and work together from the aspects of institutional guarantee construction,operational management optimization,and content and form innovation,develop targeted and actionable implementation rules tailored to local conditions,strengthen funding support,establish efficient communication mechanisms and collaboration platforms,develop diverse courses,highlight independent learning,introduce multiple evaluation,and improve training quality and effectiveness.关键词
