数智时代高职院校"专创融通"人才培养的专业群建设模式研究
Research on Major Group Construction Model for"Specialization and Innovation Integrated"Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges in Digital Intelligence Era
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and emerging industries,higher vocational education needs to build a specialization education system that meets the needs of the digital intelligence era.At present,higher vocational colleges face multiple challenges in the specialization and innovation integration,such as disconnection between training objectives and industry trends,unsystematic curriculum system,insufficient practical platforms,and imperfect evaluation system.To solve these problems,a"specialization and innovation integrated"major group construction model should be adopted.By optimizing the major establishment,enhancing the integration of the curriculum system,building a school-enterprise collaborative practice platform,and improving the evaluation and management mechanism,the deep integration of specialization,innovation and entrepreneurship education can be achieved.This model firstly optimizes the structure of major groups,and integrates resources to form major clusters with a common development direction;secondly,integrates innovation and entrepreneurship elements into major courses and builds a distinctive curriculum system;at the same time,introduces real projects through school-enterprise cooperation and builds innovative practice platforms;finally,improves the evaluation system to ensure the quality of talent cultivation.In general,the"specialization and innovation integrated"model can not only improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,but also promote regional economic innovation and development.This model will effectively enhance the innovation,entrepreneurship,and practical abilities of students,and provide more high-quality skilled talents for the digital intelligence era in order to meet the social needs.关键词
