摘要
Abstract
Based on the self-determination theory,this paper explores the influence of authentic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of employees and constructs a moderated mediation effect model by introducing followership as a mediating variable and traditionality as a moderating variable.Empirical testing is conducted on 714 questionnaire survey data through multi-layer regression and structural equation modeling.The research results show that authentic leadership positively influences followership and organizational citizenship behavior of employees;followership mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior;traditionality not only moderates the relationship between followership and organizational citizenship behavior,but also moderates the mediating effect of followership,indicating the existence of a moderated mediating effect.It is recommended that enterprises pay attention to the moral qualities and management styles of leaders when selecting them;expand ideas and enhance followership of employees;respect differences,deeply understand employees'cultural backgrounds and values,fully recognize the uniqueness of different employees,and adopt differentiated management measures accordingly.关键词
