摘要

Abstract

Innovative talents with innovative thinking,innovative ability and innovative spirit are the foundation of enterprise innovation and development.Advantage use is an important way for innovative talents to realize their value.According to the advantage theory,identifying,utilizing,and developing advantages can effectively reduce the blindness of career development of talents and better realize their rightful value.How to establish a mechanism for evaluating,motivating,and developing innovative talents based on advantages is an important issue that enterprises urgently need to address.Establishing and improving a scientific mechanism for identifying,utilizing,and developing innovative talent advantages is a practical need for enterprise innovation talent management.We should promote the improvement of the acquisition,cultivation,utilization,and retention of innovative talents from the perspective of advantage use.Enterprise managers should change their innovative talent management ideas and concepts,create a favorable employment environment,actively build a talent management system based on advantages of employees,and fully leverage the advantages of innovative talents.
