摘要
Abstract
Adenoids hypertrophy is a common disease in children and is the most common cause of upper airway obstruction in children and adolescents.Due to the special anatomical position of the adenoids,adenoids hypertrophy often leads to several complications such as chronic rhinosinusitis,secretory otitis media,obstructive sleep apnea,etc.,which cause many symptoms and affect children's growth and maxillofacial development.Adenoids hypertrophy has received widespread attention from otolaryngologists and parents,but there is still a lack of expert consensus on the standardized diagnosis and treatment of adenoids hypertrophy in children in China.Therefore,the Children's Otolaryngology Committee of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association organized relevant experts to compile this consensus based on the literatures at home and abroad as well as clinical expert experience,in order to guide the standardized diagnosis and treatment of adenoids hypertrophy in children.关键词
