Interpretation of the Expert Recommendations on Screening,Testing,and Management of Hepatitis B Virus Infection in Adults
摘要
Abstract
This expert recommendation offers the most recent guidance for the screening,diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection in adults,with the aim of optimizing clinical management and reducing disease burden.The core recommendations are as follows:It is advised that the general adult population should be screened at least once in their lifetime for HBsAg,anti-HBs,and anti-HBc.Emphasis is placed on testing high-risk populations to ensure early detection and timely intervention.Individuals who are tested negative for all three markers should receive the hepatitis B vaccine.Those who are tested positive for HBsAg or anti-HBc should be referred to healthcare institution for further assessment,diagnosis,and management.Implementing these recommendations is of great significance for accelerating the elimination of the hazard of hepatitis B in our country.关键词
