Progress of tertiary lymphoid structure in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Tertiary lymphoid structure(TLS)is an analog of lymphoid organs,which presents in nonlymphoid tissues under chronically pathological conditions.Because hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is an inflammation-driven neoplasm,TLS could be explored in HCC tissues and adjacent normal tissues.As an aggregate of immune cells,TLS reflects the immune status of the tumor microenvironment and predicts the prognosis and therapeutic efficacy,which could provide benefits for HCC patients.关键词
