中国动物源沙门菌血清分型和耐药性分析
Serotyping and Antimicrobial Resistance Analysis of Animal-Derived Salmonella in China

Abstract
Salmonella spp.is a common foodborne pathogen that causes significant morbidity and mortality in humans and animals worldwide.It exhibits resistance to a wide range of antimicrobial agents and can spread through the food chain or international food trade,making it one of the most critical public health concerns globally.This study aims to summarize the epidemiological characteristics of animal-derived Salmonella in China,including prevalence,dominant serotypes,and antimicrobial resistance patterns.A systematic search was conducted using Chinese databases such as CNKI and Wanfang,as well as the English database PubMed,and 264 independent studies published from 2003 to 2023 that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed.The results showed that the pooled detection rate of Salmonella in Chinese livestock farms was 18.6%(95%CI:16.1%-21.1%),with variations observed across regions,animal sources,and time periods.The predominant serotypes identified in farms were S.Enteritidis(24.9%),S.Pullorum(23.9%),S.Typhimurium(16.6%),and S.Derby(10.5%).High antimicrobial resistance rates were observed against ampicillin(59.1%,β-lactams),sulfamethoxazole(55.4%,sulfonamides),tetracycline(55.0%,tetracyclines),and doxycycline(53.4%,tetracyclines).These findings indicate a high detection rate of animal-derived Salmonella in China,with regional and host-specific serotype distributions and severe antimicrobial resistance.This study provides scientific evidence for the prevention and control of Salmonella infections in animals and strategies to mitigate the emergence of multidrug resistance.关键词
