基于专利分析的胶囊内镜应用领域发展趋势研究
Development trend of the application fields of capsule endoscopy based on patent analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the patent development trends in the application fields of capsule endoscopy and provide guidance for the layout of China's capsule endoscopy industry and the transformation of technological achievements in its application fields.Method By means of literature review and expert interviews,the application fields of capsule endoscopy was technically broken down,and a dataset was constructed based on the patent database,Incopat,to comprehensively explore its development status and trends from various dimensions,including the total number of patents,patent application trends,patent applicants,patent concentration,and research hotspots.Results As of July 14,2023,the number of global patent applications in the field of capsule endoscopy is 1,466,with 679 of those filed in China,approximately 2.16 times the number of Chinese patent applications.The number of patent applications by Chinese patent applicants ranks among the top in the application fields of capsule endoscopy for each subdivided technologies;Among them,Chinese applicants in the field of physical and chemical parameter measurement have the highest proportion,accounting for 68.99％ of the total number of patent applications in this field worldwide.The patent concentration of each of China's subdivided capsule endoscopy technologies (excluding hemostatic applications) all exceeded that of the world,especially in the field of gastrointestinal sampling,with a patent concentration of 1.99 in China and only 1.38 globally.In the fields of digestive wall structure imaging,physiochemical parameter measurement,gastrointestinal sampling,bleeding risk assessment,targeted drug delivery,vibration,and electrical stimulation,China enjoys evident advantages of technological outcomes and is also an important market.The fields of hemostatic applications,targeted drug delivery,gastrointestinal sampling,and physical and chemical parameter measurement have become the technological hotspots and developed rapidly in recent years.Robot targeted drug delivery,vibration capsules,intelligent recognition,etc.have emerged as hot research directions in capsule endoscopy simultaneously.Conclusions The overall number of patents in the application fields of capsule endoscopy in China shows an increasing trend,which aligns with the global trend,and their applications are more concentrated than those of the global ones.The patents in application fields of capsule endoscopy have not yet seen a monopoly pattern dominated by a leading enterprise,but the competitive situation varies significantly across different subdivisions.The research and development of patents in the application fields of capsule endoscopy is moving towards intelligence and automation.关键词
