Research Progress on Nutritional Characteristics and Processing Technology of Fiber Source Feed

Abstract
Dietary fiber has the functions of improving intestinal flora,providing energy for intestinal epithelial cells and strengthening intestinal barrier.The nutritional characteristics of soluble dietary fiber are better than that of insoluble dietary fiber,while the content of insoluble dietary fiber in fiber source feed is much higher than that of soluble dietary fiber.At present,there is a shortage of feed resources in China,and the development and utilization of fiber source feed can alleviate the problem of food competition between humans and animals.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of dietary fiber's function and nutritional characteristics,fiber source feed and its processing methods,so as to provide effective basis and theoretical guidance for the application of fiber source feed in livestock and poultry breeding production.关键词
