摘要

Abstract

Reducing and substituting corn and soybean Meal(CSM)in animal feed holds significant importance but faces challenges related to maintaining nutritional balance and ensuring adequate digestibility post-substitution.Biological enzymatic pre-digestion technology,which employs in vitro enzymatic treatment of feed,effectively degrades anti-nutritional factors and enhances the bioavailability of feed nutrients.This technology not only improves the nutritional quality of alternative feed ingredients but also promotes animal growth performance and health while enabling the reduction of CSM content.Consequently,it presents extensive application prospects in livestock and poultry feeding.This review article discusses the technical advantages of biological enzymatic pre-digestion,evaluates the current status of its application in CSM reduction and substitution strategies,and explores the technical challenges involved,thereby providing a reference for the scientific utilization of in vitro pre-digestion technology in feed reduction applications.
