湖羊产羔性状和生长性状的分子标记研究进展
Research Progress on Molecular Markers of Litter Size Traits and Growth Traits in Hu Sheep
摘要
Abstract
Hu sheep belong to Chinese unique sheep breed,which has become one of the sheep breeds with higher breeding numbers via its advantages such as high reproductive capacity,high growth rate,and high environmental adaptability.In Hu sheep breeding industry,the quality of litter size and growth trait is closely related to economic benefits.With the development of modern molecular biology,molecular marker assisted technology has played an important role in the breeding and improvement of litter size and growth trait in sheep.By obtaining and applying dominant molecular markers,the breeding and improvement costs have been significantly reduced,and breeding and improvement speed has been significantly increased.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of multiple molecular markers in genes such as BMPR1B,ESR,GDF9,MC4R,GHR,GH,PLAG1,and the molecular marker genetic effects on litter size and growth trait in Hu sheep,aiming to provide scientific data for the cultivation of new Hu sheep breed with high fertility,high quality and fast growth traits.关键词
