Abstract
Objective To analysis of the therapeutic effect of doxycycline,hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with photoelectronic synergistic technology in the treatment of facial rosacea.Methods Select 100 patients with rosacea admitted to Fuqing Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023,and divide them into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group are treated with oral doxycycline and hydroxychloroquine sulfate.Observation group patients were treated with photoelectric synergistic technology in addition to oral medication.Compare the total effective rate of treatment,the moisture content of the stratum corneum before and after treatment,the loss of transdermal moisture,the improvement of epidermal sebum content and quality of life index,and the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of non-invasive physiological indicators such as skin stratum corneum water content,transdermal water loss,and epidermal sebum content in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the quality of life index were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions such as facial redness,dryness,and pigmentation between the two groups of patients with rosacea(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of oral doxycycline,hydroxychloroquine sulfate,and photoelectronic synergistic technology has shown good efficacy in treating rosacea,which is beneficial for improving the physiological condition of the skin,enhancing the quality of life of patients,and has high safety.关键词
