5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合盐酸米诺环素治疗聚合性痤疮的临床疗效观察
Therapeutic effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with minocycline hydrochloride on the patients with acne conglobata

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(5-ALA-PDT)combined with minocycline hydrochloride on the patients with acne conglobata.Methods 90 patients with acne conglobata in Hubei Provincial Corps Hospital,Chinese People's Armed Police Forces were selected from May 2021 to May 2024.All the patients were divided into three groups(30 cases each group)due to different treatments and the course of treatment in all groups was 4 weeks.The patients of treatment group were treated by both 5-ALA-PDT and minocycline hydrochloride while control 1 group and control 2 group were treated by 5-ALA-PDT and minocycline hydrochloride respectively.The clinical effects were observed after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rates of treatment group and control 1 group were 46.7%and 33.3%,which were both significantly higher than that of control 2 group(6.7%).After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rates of treatment group and control 1 group were 76.7%and 40.0%;which showed a significant difference between them(P＜0.05).Besides,in the patients of treatment group,the effective rate after 8 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that after 4 weeks of treatment.The adverse reactions were mild and could be tolerated.Conclusions 5-ALA-PDT combined with minocycline hydrochloride is effective in the treatment on the patients with acne conglobata.This method is recommended for clinical promotion and application.关键词
