Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of fractional CO2 laser combined with halometasone cream on acne atrophic scar(AAS).Methods A total of 106 patients with acne atrophic scars admitted to Nanyang Second People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group.52 patients in the observation group were treated with fractional CO2 laser combined with halometasone cream,and 54 patients in the control group were treated with fractional CO2 laser.The clinical efficacy,acne scar weight score(ECCA),scar area and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ECCA score and scar area between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(86.54%)was higher than that of the control group(68.52%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ECCA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scar area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions(7.69%)was lower than that of the control group(20.07%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Fractional CO2 laser combined with halometasone cream is effective and safe in the sequential treatment of AAS.关键词
