Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tranexamic acid water light injection and intense pulsed light(IPL)treatment on patients with melasma.Methods A total of 60 patients with melasma admitted to Fuqing Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from July 2022 to January 2024,and divide them into a study group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 patients in each group The clinical efficacy,severity of melasma,adverse reactions,and recurrence rate in both groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical treatment effectiveness rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The area and severity index(MASI)scores of melasma in both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment.The post-treatment scores of the study group were statistically significant compared to the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After a 6-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of IPL and tranexamic acid water light injection treatment can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the severity of melasma and recurrence rate,and has high security.关键词
