自体富血小板血浆联合二氧化碳点阵激光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效观察
Therapeutic efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma combined with CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of using autologous platelet-rich plasma combined with CO2 fractional laser for the treatment of stable vitiligo.Methods A total of 80 cases of stable vitiligo patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from February 2022 to December 2024 and meeting the conditions of the study were selected for prospective study.According to the principle of randomized numerical table grouping,the enrolled patients were divided into four groups,respectively,the control group and observation group 1,2 and 3,the control group was treated with narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet light,observation group 1 was treated with CO2 fractional laser+autologous platelet-rich plasma microneedle injection+NB-UVB therapy,observation group 2 was treated with individual CO2 fractional laser therapy+NB-UVB,and observation group 3 was treated with PRP+NU-UVB therapy.The efficacy of the two groups was observed and evaluated,and changes in the levels of serum TGF-β,IL-6,IL-17,IL-23 and other immune and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were also observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Results The total effective rate of observation 1 group was higher than that of control group and observation 2 and 3 groups(χ2=14.949,P=0.002).The TGF-βlevel of observation group 1 was higher than that of control group and observation groups 2 and 3,and the levels of IL-6,IL-17,and IL-23 were lower than those of control group and observation groups 2 and 3(P<0.05).The difference of adverse reactions among the four groups was not statistically significant(χ2=0.784,P=0.853).Conclusions For patients with stable vitiligo,the use of PRP combined with CO2 fractional laser treatment can exert a synergistic effect,which helps to further inhibit the immune response,reduce the inflammatory response,and then enhance the therapeutic effect,which is a safe and effective treatment choice.关键词
