Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Botox type A botulinum toxin droplet injection method on skin tightening in the lower face and neck.Methods A total of 75 patients with lower and neck skin laxity treated in Henan plastic and aesthetic hospital from May 2022 to may 2024 were selected,and all of them were treated with botulinum toxin type a microdroplet injection.Results After 3 months of treatment,the skin relaxation of the lower part and neck of the patient was improved,and the total effective rate was 98.67%(74/75).After treatment,the oil score of patients was significantly lower than that before treatment,while the skin elasticity and moisture scores were significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,10 patients had mild pain and swelling in the injection area,which relieved spontaneously 24 h later,without dysphonia,facial paralysis,angular deviation,chewing weakness,allergy and other complications.Patients'satisfaction after treatment was 92.00%(69/75).Conclusions Type A botulinum toxin Botox microdroplet injection method can achieve high efficacy and safety in tightening the skin of the lower face and neck,and patients have high satisfaction with the treatment.关键词
