Abstract
Objective To explore the application of improved eyebrow incision combined with orbital fat removal in the treatment of upper eyelid skin laxity.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 100 patients with upper eyelid skin laxity admitted to Zhengzhou Yangcheng Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024.All patients underwent modified infrabrow incision combined with orbital fat removal for double eyelid surgery.Compare the improvement of upper eyelid skin laxity,aesthetic score,and satisfaction of patients before and after surgery.Results The improvement of upper eyelid skin laxity after intervention was higher than before intervention(P<0.05);The preoperative upper eyelid contour score(5.23±0.78),double eyelid symmetry score(5.46±0.87)were lower than the postoperative upper eyelid contour score(8.43±0.67),double eyelid symmetry score(8.58±0.92);Among the 100 patients in this group,68(68.00%)were very satisfied,30(30.00%)were satisfied,and 2(2%)were dissatisfied.Conclusions The application of modified infrabrow incision combined with orbital fat removal in the treatment of upper eyelid skin laxity can improve the wrinkles and laxity of the upper eyelid skin in patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
