摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of autologous adipose stem cell glue in fat augmentation mammoplasty.Methods From April 2022 to December 2023,89 cases of breast augmentation in Henan Plastic Surgery Hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Among them,45 cases were treated with autologous fat stem cell glue for breast augmentation with autologous fat transplantation,and 44 cases were treated with prosthesis augmentation mammoplasty with control group.The chest circumference,chest bulge and its stable retention rate,breast aesthetics and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative chest circumference and stable retention rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation,the chest bulge value and stable retention rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of postoperative breast beauty in the observation group was 91.11%,which was higher than that in the control group(72.23%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Autologous adipose stem cell glue has a good effect in autologous fat augmentation mammoplasty,which can effectively improve the beauty of breast and has a high safety.
