Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pedicled flap transplantation in repairing soft tissue defect of hand.Methods Forty-six patients with soft tissue defect of hand treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2024 were selected,and all patients were treated with pedicled flap transplantation.The hemodynamic indexes of patients before and after operation were measured and compared,and the survival of skin flap and postoperative complications were observed.Results Among the 46 patients,25 cases underwent adjacent finger skin flap transplantation and 21 cases underwent abdominal skin flap transplantation;The operation time was(3.77±1.58)hours,and the intraoperative blood loss was(785.45±125.34)mL.The hemodynamic indicators(relative values of blood flow velocity and perfusion volume)of the patient 3 days after surgery were significantly higher than those before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survival rate of the pedicled skin flap was 100.00%(46/46)during the perioperative period of 46 patients with soft tissue defect.The total incidence of complications was 13.04%,among which the incidence of infection was 2.17%(1/46),swelling was 8.70%(4/46),and joint stiffness was 2.17%(1/46).There was no delayed wound healing,and the patients improved and recovered after clinical symptomatic treatment.Conclusions Pedicled skin flap transplantation is effective in repairing soft tissue injury of the hand,which is helpful to postoperative hemodynamic recovery of the hand and increase the survival rate of the skin flap.关键词
