Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of free anterior and external femoral perforator flap for wound repair after primary surface malignancies.Methods A total of 68 patients with primary surface malignancies treated in the Second People's Hospital of Xinxiang City from 2023.4 to 2024.10 were divided into the control group(34 cases)and the study group(34 cases)according to different postoperative wound repair methods.The control group was treated with pedicled thigh perforator flap,while the study group was treated with free thigh perforator flap.The surgical effect,healing time of the skin flap,operation time,preoperative and postoperative blood flow velocity,blood perfusion volume at 3 and 7 days,infection,flap necrosis and subflap hematoma were compared between the two groups.Results After repair treatment,the total excellent and good rate of operation in the control group and the study group was 100.00%(34/34),.There was no significant difference in flap healing time between the two groups(t=1.195,P>0.05).The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.632,P<0.05).The relative values of blood flow velocity and blood perfusion volume in the control group and the study group at 3 and 7 days after operation were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.522,4.325,4.277,2.604,P<0.05).After repair treatment,the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=0.001,P>0.05).Conclusions The anterolateral femoral perforator free flap can be used to repair the wound of primary surface malignant tumor after operation,which can achieve better repair effect,promote the healing of the flap,and improve the blood flow of the defect point,with good safety.Due to the complexity of operation,the operation time is longer.关键词
