双板矫治器与生物调节器矫治安氏Ⅱ类错𬌗畸形的效果比较

Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of dual plate orthodontic appliances and biological regulators in the correction of Class II malocclusions.Methods From January 2022 to June 2024,86 patients with Class II malocclusion admitted to Beijing Tongzhou District Xinhua Hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a numerical table method,with 43 patients in each group.The orthodontic group was treated with double plate orthodontic appliances,while the adjuster group was treated with biological adjusters.The orthodontic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Co Po,Co Go,and Go Gn levels in both groups were significantly increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),with no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);Before and after treatment,the SNA in the appliance group had no significant change(P>0.05),the SNA in the adjuster group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and after treatment,the SNA in the adjuster group was lower than that in the appliance group(P<0.05).U1-NA in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and L1-NB,L1-MP,L6-FHP were significantly higher than that before treatment.U1-NA in the regulator group was lower than that in the appliance group after treatment,and L1-NB,L1-MP,L6-FHP were higher than that in the appliance group(P<0.05);After treatment,the U6-FHP angle in the adjuster group decreased before treatment,and increased in the appliance group compared with that before treatment.After treatment,the angle in the adjuster group was lower than that in the appliance group(P<0.05).Conclusions Double plate orthodontic appliances and bioregulators have shown good results in correcting Class II malocclusions,while bioregulators have a more ideal inhibitory effect on the maxilla.关键词
