Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of all-ceramic onlay restoration in the treatment of tooth defect.Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,40 patients with tooth defects were diagnosed and treated in our hospital,and they were divided into experimental group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the order of single and double days of admission.The control group received all-ceramic crown restoration,and the observation group received all-ceramic inlay restoration.The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results Three months after treatment,the gingival index,periodontal pocket depth and bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of occlusal function and masticatory function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the shape and marginal fit score of the prosthesis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions All-ceramic inlay restoration can effectively improve the function of patients and enhance the aesthetics.关键词
