摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive ultra-thin porcelain veneer technology in the restoration of anterior tooth gaps. Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,98 patients with anterior tooth gaps admitted to Henan Saisi Dental Hospital were selected and treated with minimally invasive ultra-thin porcelain veneer technology for restoration, and their restoration status was observed. Results After one month of restoration, the gingival index and plaque index of the patient significantly decreased compared to before restoration(P<0.05).One case of repair damage occurred in the patient, with a complication rate of 1.02%.After 12 months of restoration, the patient's restoration effect was evaluated, and the compliance rate of tooth surface color restoration was 95.92%,the compliance rate of restoration integrity was 97.96%,the compliance rate of natural tooth surface edge was 96.94%,and the compliance rate of translucency was 97.96%.After 12 months of restoration, the patient's tooth color, symmetry, shape, position, protrusion or missing score significantly decreased compared to before restoration(P<0.05).63 patients were very satisfied with the results of the repair treatment,29 were satisfied,5 were average, and 1 was dissatisfied, with a satisfaction rate of 93.88%.Conclusions Minimally invasive ultra-thin porcelain veneer technology can improve the periodontal health of patients in anterior tooth gap restoration, with few complications, good restoration effect, high dental aesthetics, and high patient satisfaction with the restoration treatment results.关键词
