摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the value of targeted nursing interventions in the nursing of repairing deep burns in the hand using an improved pedicle thoracoumbilical skin flap. Methods From March 2022 to March 2024,69 patients with deep burns in the hands who underwent modified pedicle thoracoumbilical flap repair in our hospital were selected and given targeted nursing interventions to observe their impact on patient recovery. Results During the intervention period,2 patients developed infections,1 patient developed hematoma, and 1 patient developed vascular crisis, with a complication rate of 5.80%.After 3 months of intervention, the overall score of the patient's hand aesthetics was(5.63±0.98)points.After 3 months of intervention, the patient's Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores decreased compared to before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the patient's sensory function, appearance, hand activity, and daily activity scores increased compared to before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the BSHS-2A score of the patients increased significantly compared to before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of targeted nursing interventions in the nursing of the modified pedicled thoracoumbilical skin flap for repairing deep burns in the hand can effectively prevent complications, achieve ideal hand aesthetic effects, and promote the improvement of patients'psychological state and hand function, thereby enhancing their quality of life.关键词
