Abstract
Objective To summarize and analyze the perioperative nursing of retrograde sural neurotrophic vascular fascial flap for repairing soft tissue defect of foot and ankle.Methods 45 patients with soft tissue defect of foot and ankle were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024.All patients received retrograde sural neurotrophic vascular fascial flap repair and given targeted postoperative nursing intervention The recovery of skin flap,foot and ankle function before and 3 months after surgery,pain degree before and 7 days after surgery,and the occurrence of complications were analyzed.Results All the 45 cases survived with skin flap,the score of skin flap physical signs was(7.12±0.84)points at 3 d and(4.12±0.63)points at 7d after surgery,which was significantly lower than that at 3d after surgery(P<0.05).The Ankle-Hindfoot Scale of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society at 3 months after surgery(28.63±3.24)points was higher than that before surgery(8.35±1.86)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The visual analogue score of the patient at 7 days after surgery(3.30±0.74)points was lower than that before surgery(6.52±0.85)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative complications occurred in 4 patients,and the incidence of postoperative complications was 8.89%(4/45).Conclusions Good postoperative nursing for patients with soft tissue defect of foot and ankle undergoing retrograde sural neurotrophic vascular fascial flap repair is helpful to promote the recovery of skin flap,relieve postoperative pain and improve the functional recovery of foot and ankle.关键词
