肺结节的中医药治疗研究述评
Review of research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pulmonary nodules
摘要
Abstract
The paper collected 267 articles on the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules with traditional Chinese medicine,and systematically analyzed the etiology,pathogenesis,pattern elements,physical distribution,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,randomized controlled trial clinical studies,guideline consensus,literature research,and animal experiment studies of pulmonary nodules.Statistics showed that 68.9％of the literature was the study of etiology and pathogenesis,45.3％of the literature was the discussion of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,25.5％of the literature involved individual treatment,there were few randomized controlled trial clinical studies,there were few studies on multiple pulmonary nodules,pulmonary nodules after lung cancer surgery,pulmonary nodules combined with extrapulmonary multi-site nodules,etc.,there was a lack of experimental studies in animal models,and the evaluation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pulmonary nodules and the application of artificial intelligence need to be discussed in depth.关键词
