扶元复衡汤加减联合TP化疗方案对宫颈癌癌因性疲乏患者疗效、抗肿瘤免疫应答、血清SCCA和CA199的影响
Effects of Modified Fuyuan Fuheng Decoction Combined with TP Chemotherapy on Efficacy,Anti-Tumor Immune Response,Serum SCCA and CA199 in Patients with Cervical Cancer-Related Fatigue

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of modified Fuyuan Fuheng decoction combined with TP chemotherapy(taxol+carplatin)on efficacy,anti-tumor immune response,serum SCCA and CA199 in patients with cervical cancer-related fatigue.METHODS:A total of 98 patients with cervical cancer-related fatigue admitted into the hospital in 2023 were divided into the study group and control group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TP chemotherapy regimen,while the observation group received Fuyuan Fuheng decoction combined with TP chemotherapy regimen.The treatment course for both groups was 3 months.After treatment,the tumor control rate,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,tumor-related antigen content,anti-tumor immune response level,cancer fatigue scale(CFS)score and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.RESULTS:The tumor control rate of the study group was 63.27％(31/49),significantly higher than that 40.82％(20/49)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CFS score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,serum SCCA,CA199 contents,serum IL-4,IL-5 and IL-10 contents of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the serum IFN-γ and IL-2 contents were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was 12.24％(6/49),compared with 14.29％(7/49)in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Modified Fuyuan Fuheng decoction combined with TP chemotherapy has significant tumor control effect on cervical cancer patients,which can decrease the tumor marker content,effectively alleviate the cancer-related fatigue,improve the cellular immune balance,inhibit the tumor cell proliferation,and optimize the anti-tumor immune response.关键词
