临床药师参与109例血栓抗凝用药会诊及典型案例分析
Consultation and Typical Case Analysis of 109 Cases of Thrombotic Anticoagulant Drugs Participated by Clinical Pharmacists

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of clinical pharmacists participating into the consultation of thrombotic anticoagulant drugs by retrospective grouping of clinical real cases.METHODS:Clinical data of 109 inpatients with consultation of thrombotic anticoagulant drugs participated by clinical pharmacists in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University in 2023 were collected.According to whether the clinicians adopted the anticoagulant drugs recommendations by pharmacists,all patients were divided into the adoption group(86 cases)and the non-adoption group(23 cases).The gender,age,main admission diagnosis,total effective rate of thrombosis prevention and treatment,coagulation function indicators of two groups were compared.RESULTS:Compared with the non-adoption group,patients in the adoption group had better thrombus resolution,partial thrombus resolution and no progression of thrombus,decreased D-dimer and fibrin degradation products indicators,and the incidence of bleeding in the adoption group was only 6.98％(6 cases).CONCLUSIONS:The participation of clinical pharmacists in the consultation process of thrombus anticoagulant drugs can help to improve the treatment effectiveness and reflect the value of clinical pharmacists.关键词
