摘要
Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD),as a complex clinical syndrome,is prone to irreversible damage of renal function and may evolve into end-stage renal disease(ESRD)without timely and effective intervention measures.Currently,the clinical treatment of DKD mainly relies on drugs,but the clinical efficacy is not ideal,therefore,it is urgent to find and develop new therapeutic drugs.Natural products have shown potential therapeutic value in inhibiting inflammatory response and reducing renal injury.In this article,through research on relevant literature,based on the chemical formulas of natural products and their unique biological activities,combined with molecular pharmacology,pathology and other disciplines,the role of natural products in inhibiting the inflammation of DKD was analyzed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new drugs for the treatment of DKD.关键词
