桃仁膝康丸联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊对膝骨关节炎的影响
Effect of Taoren Xikang Pills Combined with Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules on Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Taoren Xikang pills combined with glucosamine sulfate capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 90 KOA patients treated in a hospital from March 1,2022 to March 31,2024 were selected and assigned to the control group and study group by random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate capsules,and the study group was treated with Taoren Xikang pills in addition to the treatment given in the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,knee joint function,knee joint range of motion,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-17(IL-17)],quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms,pain,stiffness and joint function were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The knee joint range of motion was increased in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and IL-17 were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life was increased in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Taoren Xikang pills combined with glucosamine sulfate capsules in the treatment of KOA patients shows better clinical efficacy,effectively alleviating clinical symptoms,improving knee joint function,reducing inflammatory response,improving quality of life,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
