基于数据挖掘分析国医大师治疗早搏用药规律
Analysis on Medication Law of National TCM Masters for the Treatment of Premature Beatings Based on Data Mining
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication law of all national TCM masters for the treatment of premature beatings based on data mining;To provide reference for medication in the clinical treatment of premature beatings.Methods Medical cases of national TCM masters for the treatment of premature beatings and medical cases in the relevant books of national TCM masters were retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data from the establishment of the databases to May 30,2023.The prescriptions were entered into the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform 2.3.7 to build a prescription database.Statistics on high-frequency prescriptions,high-frequency Chinese materia medica and the meridian tropism of TCM properties and flavors were conducted.Systematic clustering analysis,association rule analysis and complex network analysis were performed on high-frequency Chinese materia medica.Results 100 prescriptions were included,and the basic prescriptions were Zhigancao Decoction and Shengmai Powder.The top 10 high-frequency drugs were Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Poria,Codonopsis Radix,Ophiopogonis Radix,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Astragali Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,the main properties were warm and neutral,the main tastes were sweet and bitter,and the main meridians were heart and lung meridians.The highest confidence level in association rule analysis was Codonopsis Radix-Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.Seven core clusters were obtained through systematic clustering.Complex network analysis showed that the core combination was Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle-Codonopsis Radix-Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Poria.Conclusion The commonly used prescriptions for treating premature beatings by national TCM masters is Zhigancao Decoction,which focuses on promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,nourishing yin,and nourishing qi.关键词
