基于数据挖掘分析中医治疗肝硬化用药规律
Analysis on Medication Law in TCM for Treating Liver Cirrhosis Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication law in TCM for treating liver cirrhosis based on the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform 2.3.8.Methods Medical cases of liver cirrhosis were retrieved from the ancient medical case database,modern medical case database,shared medical case database,and renowned physician medical case database in the the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform 2.3.8.Frequency,property,association rules,clustering,and complex network analyses were performed on the Chinese materia medica.Results A total of 282 prescriptions were included,involving 322 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The top five kinds of Chinese materia medica by frequency of use were Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Crataegi Fructus,Astragali Radix and Alismatis Rhizoma.The properties were mainly neutral,warm and slightly cold;the tastes were mainly sweet and bitter;the main meridians were the spleen and liver meridians;correlation analysis showed that the combinations of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria,Alismatis Rhizoma-Poria and Astragali Radix-Poria were the most common;clustering analysis identified four categories of medicinal combinations;complex network analysis revealed a core combination consisting of Astragali Radix,Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Alismatis Rhizoma,Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,Poria and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of TCM for liver cirrhosis focus on tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen,promoting water drainage and dampness elimination,nourishing the liver and blood,and enriching yin to nourish the liver.Treatments are often based on modified formulas such as Zexie Decoction,Yinchen Wuling Powder and Shengyang Yiwei Decoction.关键词
