经典名方温经汤研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on the Research Literature about Classical Famous Formula of Wenjing Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize and analyze the related research literature of Wenjing Decoction;To explore its research hotspots and development trends;To provide references for related research and clinical application.Methods The research literature related to Wenjing Decoction was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,PubMed and Web of Science from the establishment of the databases to February 16,2024.NoteExpress4.0.0.9746 software was used for management and duplication removal,and manual screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.CiteSpace6.2.R6 software was used to analyze authors,research institutions and keywords for co-occurrence,clustering and emergence analysis,and the knowledge map was drawn.Results A total of 907 articles were included,and the number of publications showed a fluctuating upward trend;there were 21 core authors,among whom Cheng Xiumei published the most articles;at present,a certain scale of research team has been formed,but there was a lack of cooperation among the teams;the main research institutions were Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,but there was little cooperation among these institutions;high-frequency keywords included Wenjing Decoction,cold coagulation and blood stasis,primary dysmenorrhea,clinical efficacy,TCM therapy,etc.12 reasonable clusters were formed,and 25 emergent words were detected.Conclusion In recent years,the research field of Wenjing Decoction has gradually increased,and the relevant research hotspots involve infertility,menstrual diseases,endometriosis,etc.,and most of them use integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy,or combined with other prescriptions,combined with acupuncture therapy,etc.Expanding the clinical research and mechanism of Wenjing Decoction is the future development trend.关键词
