摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the current research status,development trends,and research directions of Sijunzi Decoction in the past 25 years.Methods Research literature about Sijunzi Decoction was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from January 1,2000 to June 12,2024.CiteSpace 6.2.R6 software was used to visualize the authors,research institutions,keywords,etc.of the literature.Results A total of 2 190 articles were included,with a relatively stable annual publication volume,represented by authors such as Wang Peixun and Chen Weiwen,forming a relevant collaborative network;TCM universities and their affiliated hospitals were the main publishing institutions.Keyword analysis showed that"efficacy","spleen deficiency","immunity",and"gastritis"were the high centrality and high-frequency keywords,which were grouped into 5 categories,resulting in 20 emerging terms.The main research content included the study of related formulas,mechanisms,and clinical applications.Conclusion The therapeutic effects and related mechanism of Sijunzi Decoction are a research hotspot in this field,and the main research trends in the future are the modified Sijunzi,toxic side effects,related mechanism,and therapeutic effects on digestive system tumors.关键词
