基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗中风后抑郁研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis the research hotspots and trends in acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of post-stroke depression;To provide references for relevant research.Methods The literature about acupuncture and moxibustion for post-stroke depression was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from establishment of the databases to December 31,2023.NoteExpress3.6.0.9155 was used for document management and duplication removal.Excel 2022 was used to draw line graph of time distribution of publication.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to analyze author collaboration and institutional collaboration,conduct keyword co-occurrence,clustering analysis,timeline analysis,and emergence analysis.Results A total of 455 articles were included,and the annual number of published articles showed a fluctuating upward trend.47 researchers were regarded as core researchers in this field,among whom Wang Zhen,Xiao Wei,Chu Hao ran,Sun Peiyang and others published a large number of publications.A total of 10 core research units were involved,among which the second hospital affiliated to Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,the first hospital affiliated of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published more articles.333 keywords were obtained,and clustering analysis was performed around the keywords to generate 14 clusters labels.A total of 15 emergent words were obtained,and the research on"five element music"and"inflammatory factors"continues to this day.Conclusion The field of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for post-stroke depression is currently developing,but the research is scattered and a large-scale collaboration network of authors and institutions has not yet been formed.The research directions are wide-ranging,and the hotspots mainly focus on the research on the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with various auxiliary therapies,research on acupuncture techniques and research on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion regulating post-stroke depression based on multiple targets such as regulating neurotransmitters,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,etc.,which may become the main research trends in the future.关键词
