归脾汤/丸相关研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Guipi Decoction/Pills
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and trends of Guipi Decoction/Pills. Methods Literature related to Guipi Decoction/Pills was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBM from January 1,2013 to November 30,2023. CiteSpace5.7.R5 software was used for author,institution,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,emergence and time line analysis. Results A total of 1 669 articles were included,and the overall trend was first increasing and then decreasing. The authors with more articles were Li Haicong and Liu Li;the institutions with more articles were Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;the most published journal was Clinical Research of Chinese Medicine and Guangming Chinese Medicine;the high-frequency keywords mainly included acupuncture,vertigo,qi-blood deficiency,insomnia and integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine;the main contents of the study were clinical observation and mechanism exploration of application of Guipi Decoction/Pills to a variety of diseases. Conclusion The research scope of Guipi Decoction/Pills is extensive,and cross-studies are carried out from clinical observation,experience summary,animal experiments and other aspects,but the modern scientific basis in the preparation process research and quality control research is not sufficient.In the future,the textual research and experience summary of Guipi Decoction/Pills should be strengthened,and in-depth studies on formulation technology,quality control,and pharmacological mechanisms should be conducted.关键词
