Discussion on Wang Ruiping's Treatment for Blood Hypercoagulability in Postoperative Gastric Cancer Patients
摘要
Abstract
Postoperative gastric cancer is often accompanied by blood hypercoagulability, which affects the prognosis.Wang Ruiping proposes that the pathogenesis of blood hypercoagulability after gastric cancer surgery is always the conflict between positive deficiency and pathological excess. On the basis of weak spleen and stomach, insufficient healthy qi and various factors such as cancer toxicity and heat pathogens, blood hypercoagulability occurs.Healthy-qi deficiency, blood stasis and toxic pathogens interact with each other, influencing and causing each other, and running through the entire disease. When dealing with symptoms,we should grasp the essence of the conflict between healthy-qi deficiency, pathogens and excess, and base ourselves on the principles of healthy-qi deficiency, blood stasis and toxic pathogens. We should always use the treatment methods of tonifying qi and spleen, strengthening the body and consolidating the foundation, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, detoxifying and inhibiting cancer, and avoid blindly promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Starting from the overall perspective, the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation, supplemented by the methods of nourishing yin and generating fluids, clearing heat and cooling blood,in order to improve the hypercoagulable state of the blood, prolong the survival period, improve the quality of life of postoperative patients, create conditions for subsequent chemotherapy, and synergize with chemotherapy drugs to leverage the unique advantages of TCM.关键词
