Abstract
Against the backdrop of comprehensively improving the quality of independent talent cultivation,it is worthwhile to conduct how research institutes can leverage their research advantages to establish guidance relationships that meet the needs of students and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.Taking a certain TCM research institute as an example,the investigation and analysis found that graduate students of the institute hoped to have offline discussions through the academic guidance form of"participating in research projects and answering questions from supervisors",and exchange once every 1～2 weeks to obtain research guidance and enhance their research abilities.The main factors that affect the effectiveness of supervisors'guidance are learning initiative and enthusiasm.There were certain differences in the research results of graduate students with different levels and types of training.Based on the research results,5 suggestions were proposed.关键词
