Abstract
Diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is a recurrent gastrointestinal dysfunction disease with a gradually increasing incidence in recent years,and its treatment is both a clinical challenge and a research hotspot.Warm acupuncture has the advantages of being safe to use,minimizing pain and fewer adverse reactions,and also has good efficacy for concomitant symptoms such as anxiety and sleep disorders,which is easy for patients to accept.This article retrieved clinical research literature about warm acupuncture for the treatment of IBD-D to summarize the related mechanism.The analysis found that there was a lack of systematic research on warm acupuncture for IBS-D,and there were problems such as small samples and lack of cross-sectional comparisons in clinical studies.Therefore,more clinical studies with large samples are needed to explore the effectiveness of warm acupuncture in the treatment of IBS-D and the variety of acupoint selection.关键词
